5.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jl222 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion.
